Denvin has always been superlatively great at everything he has set his mind to. A high-achieving academic as a student, he also managed to balance sports along with his duties as School Captain. Today, he is a keyboard player, music producer, and composer – all rolled into one.
Having been in the music industry since 2010, Denvin started out in Chennai, dabbling in several different areas of interest. He taught keyboard in music schools, served as the Music Director of his church, set up StudioDen, a home studio, where he produced music for singles, albums, and jingles, and played keys for bands such as A2J and Sanah Moidutty. This also led to him performing at the ‘Star of Asia Festival’ in Kazakhstan.
Post moving to Bangalore in 2016, Denvin continued much of what he had started in Chennai while also getting into live sound, touring with the band SANAM as their Monitor Engineer for a season, before switching his focus to performing in 2019. Now a core member of Zehen, he is also part of the regular line up for the bands Hard Attack and Mud Road. He also sessions with some popular bands for special events and tribute shows.
Denvin loves learning and experimenting with different sounds across a range of genres some of which include Pop, Rock, Blues, Contemporary Western, Indian Christian, Funk, R&B, and Indo-Western Fusion.
